New Trivia Game Show “The Peachtree City Cash Cart” Hits the Paths
PEACHTREE CITY, GA — A brand-new trivia game show is rolling into town, and it’s doing it the most Peachtree City way possible by golf cart.
The Peachtree City Cash Cart is a roaming trivia game played right on the city’s famous path system. Contestants aren’t pre-selected. Instead, a host drives around in a golf cart looking for random riders and walkers willing to hop in and answer trivia questions while cruising the paths.
If you answer correctly, you win cash and prizes. If you miss too many questions… well, you might be politely dropped off at the nearest pond.
Organizers say the show is designed to celebrate Peachtree City’s unique golf cart culture while bringing a little spending money.
“If a stranger offers you a ride in a golf cart and starts asking trivia questions, you should absolutely take it,” a spokesperson said. “It might be the Peachtree City Cash Cart.”
They also added one practical note for residents: bring pepper spray just in case. “You know… standard safety stuff.”
The show will be filming all along Peachtree City’s path network in the coming weeks. Residents are encouraged to keep their eyes open for a brightly marked trivia cart and a host ready with questions.
