BREAKING: Correction Issued — Newnan Not Getting Raising Cane’s, Actually “Raising Cain and Abel”
NEWNAN — Officials have clarified that the long-awaited Raising Cane’s is actually “Raising Cain and Abel,” a Bible-themed restaurant based on the first sibling rivalry.
Customers will order at “the altar,” choose between Abel’s favored meals or Cain’s… less favored options, and dine in a section simply labeled “The Field.”
Management says complaints will earn guests the “Mark of Cain” stamp, which “protects you, but people will know.”
Despite the confusion, the restaurant confirmed it will still serve chicken — now described as “sacrificial.”
Opening date pending approval from the city and, reportedly, “higher authority.”
