BREAKING: ATTORNEY FOR ALAN JACKSON ISSUES CEASE AND DESIST AGAINST ALL ALAN JACKSON COSTUMES IN NEWNAN
NEWNAN, GA.
A lawyer representing country music legend Alan Jackson has issued a cease and desist demanding that all Alan Jackson costumes in Newnan be immediately removed from circulation and banned through 2027.
The order applies to Halloween costumes, tribute performers, karaoke enthusiasts wearing white cowboy hats, and anyone who has ever put on a pair of blue jeans and attempted to sing “Chattahoochee”
Sources say the legal action stems from growing concerns over unauthorized representations of the singer throughout Coweta County
Residents have been advised to inspect their closets for any potentially infringing denim, cowboy boots, or mustaches.
Newnan officials have not commented although one local resident reportedly responded to the news by asking, “Does this mean I can’t even pretend to be Alan Jackson in the privacy of my bedroom?”
